Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini M&Ms
1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda.
In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with the sugars until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. With the motor running, add the eggs, one at a time and scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Add the vanilla and mix to incorporate. (YOU CAN DO THIS ALL BY HAND IN A BOWL WITH A WOODEN SPOON TOO!!)
Add the dry ingredients and mix slowly until a smooth dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and M&Ms and mix until incorporated.
Press half the dough into a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Top with chocolate-hazelnut spread, followed by the remaining cookie dough. Press into an even layer.
Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
