Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons peanut butter or tahini
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch kosher salt
2 scoops protein powder (optional)
Directions:
In a quart container, combine all the ingredients. Close and shake vigorously to incorporate. Refrigerate overnight, then serve.
