Ingredients:
2 (5-ounce) cans oil-packed tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup minced celery leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons prepared wasabi (you can swap with prepared horseradish in a pinch!)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
4 celery stalks, minced
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 shallot, minced
Kosher salt

In a large bowl, stir the ingredients together until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
